Down below is our seasonal menu, you pick as many or as little meals as you want. After you order we send you a email with in 24 hours with your scheduled drop off date. For orders out of state, you will get a confirmation with the carrier information for your delivery.

All orders are filled in the order which our system processes it, usually 24 hours. After you receive your email confirmation, for drop off (LA area only) you should expect your delivery in 72 hours of your confirmation. For all orders out of the LA area, you will recive a email with the carrier expected date.

For all products with sizes not listed we have a size chart to help you out 24oz -6/8oz. of protein; 38oz - 8/10oz; of protein,48oz - 10-12oz of protein

For same week delivery (LA area only) you must place your order by Thursday at Midnight. All orders received after that will be scheduled for a drop off the following week. Out of the LA area customers can order whenever, please note that we do use a carrier service, so your order delivery is subjected to them after we hand it to them.
